Following a dominant 5 round performance against Daniel Cormier, Jon Jones spoke to Joe Rogan in the Octagon for his post-fight Octagon speech.
Jones continued the verbal feud in his speech, going as far as apologizing for “being classless”.
His words:
“For everybody who bought a ‘Break Bones’ shirt, take it back now! You’re wasting your money! See what this shirt says? By Reebok, it says ‘unbroken’ baby, this team is unbroken, let’s go baby, and still! He’s human. All the crap he talked, it motivated me. I took him down, five takedows to zero!”
“I’m sorry I’m being classless right now, but I do not like DC, and this is why I’m being this way.”
The shirts Jones are referring to were produced by Daniel Cormier’s longtime sponsors ‘Cage Fighter’ ahead of the bout.
