The UFC has been busy recently, as always, making matchups for upcoming events. Catch up on all of the latest matchmaking decisions from this past week below!
First we have Darren Elkins vs. Hacaran Dias at UFC Fight Night 58 in Brazil on December 20th. Elkins is coming off a split-decision win over Lucas Martins, whereas Dias is on a 2-fight skid that most recently saw him out-wrestled by Ricardo Lamas earlier this year.
Next up we have Nico Musoke vs. Albert Tumenov, who will square off at UFC on FOX 14 in Stockholm on January 24th. Musoke is coming off a unanimous decision win over Alexander Yakovlev at UFC Fight Night 53. His opponent, Albert Tumenov is on a 2-fight win streak that saw him pick up back to back first round KO wins.
Next we have Raphael Natal vs. Tom Watson, which will go down at UFC 183 on January 31st in Las Vegas. Natal is coming off a split-decision win over Chris Camozzi, whereas Watson is coming off a late-summer win over Sam Alvey, and more importantly, put Watson back in the win column.
Next up is another matchup at UFC on FOX 14 in Sweden, featuring Sultan Aliev and Kenny Robertson. Aliev will be making his UFC debut, and will be riding a 4-fight win streak into his UFC debut. Robertson on the other hand is riding a 2-fight win streak into the bout, with his most recent win coming over Ildemar Alcantara in July.
The UFC also booked Stephen Thompson vs. Brandon Thatch for UFC Fight Night Colorado, Miesha Tate vs. Sara McMann for UFC 183, and Frank Mir vs. Bigfoot Silva for UFC 184.
