With all of the extra muscle mass being packed on by former UFC light heavyweight kingpin Jon Jones recently, there has been much speculation as to how Jones’ cardio will be affected by the extra muscle.
Light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier recently spoke about Jones new physique, saying Jones is ‘messing with the formula’ that got him to where he is.
In addition, Jones responded to a fan on Twitter who asked what would happen to his endurance.
Jones responded to Cormier’s concerns via Twitter, saying:
If you honestly think transforming 10lbs of fat into muscle will slow me down you're sadly mistaken. I appreciate your concerns DC
