Fight week is no fun for any fighter.
On top of having to make weight, fighters have numerous obligations that range from open workouts to media scrums. All while abstaining from eating large meals and drinking lots of water.
Nate Diaz is never one to shy away from speaking his mind. Ahead of his UFC on FOX 17 fight against #6 ranked lightweight Michael Johnson, Diaz spoke to media members to discuss the hell that is fight week, as well as what lead to his return to the Octagon.
