Diego Sanchez lost a tough decision to Ricardo Lamas at UFC Fight Night 78 this past weekend. A bloodied Sanchez took multiple leg kicks from Lamas that nearly lead to an end to the bout, but the ever durable Sanchez stayed in the fight with Lamas for the judges to decide.
Sanchez decided to tweet featherweight champion Jose Aldo some advice from what he learned being on the receiving end of Lamas’ effective offensive attack.
