During a media scrum in promotion for tomorrow’s UFC Berlin event, UFC President Dana White confirmed that Wanderlei Silva has been released from the UFC.
Wednesday we learned that Chael Sonnen would be put against Vitor Belfort in his scheduled UFC 175 appearance. This news came on he heels of a very troubling occurrence between Silva and the NSAC.
According to reports, ‘The Axe Murderer’ left NSAC drug testers in his dust when approached for random drug testing and as a result, has ruined his legacy and career.
UPDATE: New findings show that Wanderlei Silva will not be released from the UFC after all. Dana White will allow ‘The Axe Murderer’ to present himself to the NSAC for punishment. Read more on that HERE.
