UFC President Dana White admitted recently that he prematurely announced the Alexander Gustafsson versus ‘Lil Nog’ bout, which is why they had to cancel it and give Gustafsson Jimi Manuwa instead.
As a result the younger Noguiera brother received a hefty public backlash from Chael Sonnen, who stated, ‘He fight’s less than Ghandi,’ among several other insults.
“What happened was that night we decided to make the fight, said the UFC boss. Gustafsson said yes, and they couldn’t get hold of him, so I said, ‘F**k it,’ and just went with it and announced the fight, and of course, he’s hurt.”

“The fight isn’t for four months, and he’s already determined he’s hurt. I don’t understand that. The guy is always hurt. Every time you call him, he’s hurt.”
Well Dana, now you have your champ, Jon Jones, all concerned about the matchmaking of Alexander Gustafsson! Good job!
