For those who don’t know, the ‘Hill Of Champions’ challenge is currently circulating through the MMA community. The challenge? Make a video showcasing yourself doing something combat sports related (i.e. padwork, teach a technique, demonstrate a workout) for 20 seconds, and then call out 3 other combat sports athletes.
