This past Sunday BJPENN.com returned with another amazing episode, that informed our listeners about an incredible upcoming MMA event. BattleGrounds MMA is holding a ‘one night tournament’ which will be held on Friday October 3rd.

The show was kicked off by BattleGrounds MMA President Kenny Monday who spoke about his roots as an Olympic Gold medalist, and how he got involved with BattleGrounds. Kenny also spoke to our hosts Anton and Denny about how the ‘one night tournament’ format was chosen for the event.

We had some free time before our final guest called on, and our hosts took full advantage by speaking to a caller about Conor McGregor’s rise to the top, and what the UFC should do next in terms of potential fights.

Last but certainly not least, we were joined by WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross, who spoke about how he ended up being chosen as a commentator for the BattleGrounds O.N.E event, why he brought former UFC superstar Chael Sonnen on board, and of course, his favorite WWE matches that he has called.
