Somehow, UFC bantamweight Bethe Correia has moved up on the official UFC rankings.

In fact she jumped two spaces, going from 7th to 5th. Interesting considering she hasn’t fought in almost a full year.

Of course, it does look better if Ronda Rousey is fighting a top 5 opponent. The two will square off this Saturday at UFC 190 in Brazil.

Well, maybe the strength of the records of her past opponents factored in. Except for the fact that the combined UFC record of all her opponents in the octagon is 1-7, just saying.
