Ben Rothwell vs. Ruslan Magomedov is being targeted for an end of summer event, possibly UFC 177.
MMABoxing.ru broke the news that the bout was slated for UFC 177, however MMAJunkie got a report from a source close to the event that it wasn’t official yet.
Ben Rothwell hasn’t seen Octagon action since August of 2013 when he defeated Brandon Vera via TKO. After the bout Rothwell tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone.
Rothwell was open about his testosterone levels and said he took them because he was in a car accident.
