In last weeks video Rener Gracie touched on how critical it is to establish and manage posture control of your opponent. “Whoever owns the posture in the closed guard, owns the closed guard” – Rener Gracie
In this follow up clip Rener Gracie and Dr. Pete demonstrate a pretty slick method using posture control and cross grip to transition into “The easiest triangle in the history of triangles”. BJJ practitioner’s take notes! This is definitely one to add to your ever evolving BJJ game.
