Paying close attention to the setup, the technique involves pushing the side of your opponent’s neck with your forearm. Next, put your right hand on your shin, and then bring your shin in front of your opponent’s face. At this point, swivel and face the same direction as your opponent.

After establishing this position, grab the back of your opponent’s hip. Following this, stomp on your foot and straighten your legs. Maintaining awareness, make sure that your opponent’s shoulder is on the mat. By hopping counterclockwise, get your opponent’s hips to the mat. Now, cross your feet and press your knees down towards the ground.

To finish, wrap your hands around your opponent’s head and pull his head back towards you. If you have execute things correctly, this completes the technique.
