The ‘World Series of Fighting 8’ preliminary bouts kicked off at 6:30 PM EST on Saturday and Anderson Melo started the night off with a bang.
As soon as Jose Caceres took the fight to the ground, Bas Rutten suggested he stand it up knowing how dangerous Melo was off his back.
Melo did not give Caceres any time to work for a transition or even stand up as he expertly rolled through and locked in a heel hook to earn the submission victory.
