Check out this video of English professional strongman competitor Eddie Hall sparring with English professional boxer Scott Lawton.

According to MMA.tv, Lawton was helping Hall prepare for his first boxing match. Hall weighing in at 385-pounds is a regular competitor in the World’s Strongest Man competition. In 2015, Hall placed 4th in the competition.

Lawton is “a two-time English lightweight champion and has challenged for the full British and Commonwealth lightweight titles as well as the full European super featherweight title,” according to MMA.tv.
