It is fight week as UFC 206 takes place this weekend on December 10.
The pay-per-view card will feature a headlining UFC interim featherweight title fight between Max Holloway and former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis.
In this video, the UFC takes you along with the featured fighters as they prepare for their scheduled fights both in and out of training.
Perhaps one of the most relieving things for fight fans is that Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone’s eye was never injured after all. Cerrone is seen with his eye looking completely normal in episode 1 training in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Cerrone says, “How’s my eye look? Pretty solid? Is it bleeding? Is it bleeding that fake movie blood?”
Cerrone posted a video recently of what looked to be a severely injured eye but assured his fans that he would still be fighting at UFC 206. Many believed it was makeup from doing some filming but many people who claimed it was makeup were baffled to see Cerrone sporting the eye still looking to be injured and bandaged at the announcement of the Mixed Martial Arts Athletes Association last week.

Interim featherweight title contender Max Holloway promotes his championship fight in LA, as former lightweight champion Anthony “Showtime” Pettis, now vying for a title in a second weight division, rewards himself with a steak dinner.
