Former UFC fighter Rousimar Palhares fought on Saturday in Milan, Italy at Venator FC III.

Palhares was matched up with Emil Weber Meek in the main event of the card and things ended quickly with Meek winning by TKO early in the first round.

Meek improved his record to 9-2-1 with the win over Palhares and has yet to go to a decision in his professional MMA career.

Palhares is now 18-8 and his four-fight win streak that he was riding has now been snapped by Meek.
