Tony Ferguson has the biggest fight of his life coming up this weekend as he is set to take on Kevin Lee in their UFC interim lightweight title fight at UFC 216. Ferguson and Lee are scheduled to headline the card with Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson set to defend his title and perhaps set the UFC record for most consecutive title defenses in history as he meets Ray Borg in the center of the Octagon in the co-main event.
With the fight approaching, it’s expected that Ferguson would be doing some press and media appearances to build up the fight and Matt Serra, who is one of the hosts of the UFC Unfiltered podcast was set to interview “El Cucuy” over the phone on their recent episode.
When Serra got “El Cucuy” on the line, Jim Norton who is co-host of the show slipped out for a bathroom break and left “The Terror” to do the interview on his own.
Little did Serra know was that Norton was actually calling into the show and did his best impersonation of Tony Ferguson. Serra didn’t realize he was speaking with an “El Cucuy” imposter and was caught off guard with how the fake Tony Ferguson was talking to him in the interview.
Check out the audio clip from the podcast in the video above and let us know if Norton would have fooled you with his impersonation of Ferguson.
Who are you picking to win the UFC interim lightweight title fight between Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee and the flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and Ray Borg this weekend at UFC 216?
