MMA veteran Joe Riggs added an impressive accolade to his resume recently when he won the BareKnuckleBoxing title after winning a decision over Christian ‘Fat Boy’ Evans.
As you can see in the video, Riggs loses points in the first few rounds when he tries to take his opponent down. Fortunately, a late-fight rally by Joe ‘Diesel’ Riggs, which saw him drop his opponent with a brutal overhand right, was enough to earn him the decision.
Following the fight, Riggs took to social media with a message for his fans:
This 1st picture is from right after I won my fight in London. It will be on Netflix next month. And a speial thanks to my new shirt savage fighting. They were a great help. They have also made same really cool shirts that will be available in 2 weeks. Just Go to savagefightingco@gmail. Com and they will be available. Also You can see my fight on youtube if you wanna see it. Thanks a ton.”
Riggs is coming off a win in his most recent MMA fight, a TKO win over fellow UFC vet Cody McKenzie, which saw him return to the win column after being TKOd by Chris Camozzi in his last UFC appearance. Interestingly enough, there has been no word on when, or if, Riggs will be stepping into the MMA cage any time soon.
