Earlier this month Frankie Edgar had his 5-fight win streak snapped at the hands of Jose Aldo. The fight, which was for the interim featherweight title, would have secured Edgar a title fight with Conor McGregor.
Now, Edgar finds himself in the mix of a very stacked featherweight division. With no word yet as to when he will return to the Octagon, Edgar has found himself being called out by #7 ranked featherweight Jeremy Stephens.
Stephens, who is coming off a unanimous decision win over Renan Barao earlier this year, is also interested in a fight with Jose Aldo, who he believes is ducking him.
