This YouTube video that has gone viral on the Internet shows a man, which the video describes as a “doctor” getting into a street fight with another fellow.

Things take an ugly turn when the “doctor” manages to get a nice takedown on his foe and secures the full mount position. However, while in the process of putting everything he had into taking his opponent down, the “doctor” poops his pants.

Things get even more ugly when people around try to break the two up as one man throwing down the only punches seen in the video proceeds by stomping the you know what out of the doc’s hand.

It could have been worse. He could have been the guy who pooped his pants while fighting in the cage.
