It has not been an easy few years for UFC flyweight turned bantamweight Ray Borg. In fact, he’s had a terribly difficult run.
The biggest struggles Borg has had to deal with have been the seemingly unending health problems of his young son. As if that weren’t enough to deal with, he’s also been forced to withdraw from fights, has had opponents do the same, and has endured controversial losses when he’s actually made it to the cage.
And now, he’s wrecked his car. Well, more accurately, a sh**ty Albuquerque driver wrecked his car.
Ray Borg discussed this latest ordeal in a Twitter post, acknowledging that he can’t seem to catch a break.
I can’t remember the last time I caught a break. People in Albuquerque can’t drive for shit, thank god the kids are ok. pic.twitter.com/11VZAiQFER

“I can’t remember the last time I caught a break,” Borg wrote on Twitter. “People in Albuquerque can’t drive for shit, thank god the kids are ok.”
Ray Borg last fought in March, at UFC Philadelphia, when he gave up a controversial decision to short-notice replacement opponent Casey Kenney. Borg missed weight for this bout, which marked his first fight back up in the bantamweight division, and later vowed to never miss weight again.
In his next most recent fight, he came up short to flyweight champion and pound-for-pound stalwart Demetrious Johnson.
