UFC flyweight Louis Smolka put on an incredible performance at tonight’s UFC Fight Night event in Sioux Falls earning a second-round TKO victory over hometown favorite Ben Nguyen.

The proud Hawaiian, Smolka, used some nasty ground and pound and excellent strikes which forced referee Herb Dean to step in and stop the fight.

Following the fight Smolka offered to step in for injured UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson against Wilson Reis, a fight which was scheduled to take place at UFC 201.
