A bantamweight scrap between Ricardo Ramos and Aiemann Zahabi kicked off tonight’s UFC 217 pay-per-view event from Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Ricardo Ramos had a strong opening round but Zahabi was able to turn the tide with some solid boxing in round two.
Round three begins and Ramos quickly comes forward with strikes. Zahabi circles and takes the center of the octagon. Both men connect with solid jabs. Zahabi lands a beautiful uppercut. Ramos leaps in with a front kick that just misses. More jabs from Zahabi. He lands a big overhand right. Ramos is looking to spin. He throws a spinning back elbow that lands flush. Zahabi is out cold. WOW!
