UFC 212 Results: Iuri Alcantara vs. Brian Kelleher
A bantamweight scrap between Iuri Alcantara and Brian Kelleher kicked off the UFC 212 prelims on FS1.
Round one begins and Alcantara lands a right hand early. Kelleher circles but gets caught with another right and goes down. He pops right back to his feet but Iuri is all over him with punches. Brian breaks free from Iuri’s flurry and circles out. Kelleher scores with a front kick but then eats a counter right hand. Alcantara presses forward and just misses getting clipped by a spinning back fist attempt from Brian. Alcantara adjusts and then shoots in for a takedown. He gets it. Kelleher locks in a guillotine and it is deep. Alcantara is forced to tapout in front of his home crowd. Wow.
