While Tim Kennedy may currently be gearing up for deployment with the US Special Forces, the top ranked middleweight is looking to set up a fight for when he returns.
Kennedy, who has always been outspoken against the UFC’s deal with Reebok, took to Twitter to make a surprising proposition to UFC President Dana White.
After being offered a fight with Lyoto Machida in March, which he was forced to turn down due to his upcoming deployment, Kennedy wanted a fight with either Vitor Belfort or Anderson Silva upon his return.
He took to Twitter to up the stakes.
Dear @danawhite
I promise to say nice things about Reebok if you give me @vitorbelfort or @SpiderAnderson. #PED #easypaycheck— Tim Kennedy (@TimKennedyMMA) February 10, 2016
