What is life like for fighters after being cut from the UFC?

Recently cut from the UFC, Robert Whiteford looks like he has been keeping busy with some road construction.

Whiteford posted a photo of him with a wheelbarrow ready to haul a load of asphalt and captioned the post, “A mans got to eat 😒”

Whiteford didn’t state if he was actually working. However, if there were any safety managers on site, you can bet they had a talk with Whiteford on his footwear for the job.
