Top Rank Promotion’s Bob Arum seems to always have something to say about Floyd Mayweather Jr. Manny Pacquiao’s promotor, Arum, recently gave an interview and is calling into question some of Mayweather’s recent drug test results.

Arum, via Fight Hub, said that the IV situation is a concern, but he has an even bigger concern, which is that Mayweather’s testosterone levels came back extremely low.

Arum explains what his levels are at his age and said that Mayweather’s were lower, which he stated wasn’t normal.
