Mike Tyson recently released his book Undisputed Truth, in which he details the full extent of his cocaine addiction.

“I was a full blown coke head” said Tyson in his memoir.

Tyson admitted to being high on coke for many of his professional high profile fights, and even went as far as using a fake penis filled with someone else’ urine in order to pass drug tests.

In the book Tyson tells his saddening life story of a near lifelong battle with alcohol and drug addiction. Tyson writes that he was given alcohol as an infant and even tried coke at the age of 11.

Tyson’s autobiography “The Undisputed Truth” will be published in Britain November 21st.
