In a way, it just kind of seems like Mark Hunt can’t avoid fighting dirty fighters. And that trend continued after Fabricio Werdum’s recent USADA suspension was handed out.

Hunt and Werdum met in the Octagon back at UFC 180 in November 2014. The two fought over the interim UFC heavyweight crown and after a success filled first round for Hunt, Werdum would capitalize in the second with a huge step knee that connected for the TKO victory as followed it with punches.

Werdum marked Hunt’s 10th opponent of his 27-fight career to have tested positive for banned substances at one point or another.

This Saturday at UFC Moscow, Hunt will headline opposite the hometown man in Alexey Oleynik. Despite having this fight booked, Hunt hopes to come out unscathed then potentially compete in his very last UFC fight in December as part of UFC Adelaide.

Initially, Werdum was supposed to be the one taking on Oleynik but obviously, that got canceled after the Brazilian’s test failure.
