Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones showed nothing but respect for Daniel Cormier on Saturday morning, this after “DC” was forced to withdraw from their highly anticipated UFC 197 rematch with an injury.
Jones even took to Twitter and wished Cormier a healthy recovery:
I don't wish injuries on anyone, I hope you have a healthy recovery Daniel. Enjoy that belt

However, yesterday evening Jones took to Twitter once again and released the following tweet taking a jab at the current UFC light heavyweight title holder.

Jon Jones will now fight Ovince Saint Preux in the main event of UFC 197 for the promotions interim light heavyweight title.
“Bones” vs. “DC” 2 has been postponed but apparently their back and forth trash talk will continue.
