SBG Ireland has earned the reputation as one of Ireland’s premiere MMA gyms, with John Kavanagh earning the reputation as one of the best coaches in all of MMA.

Coach Kavanagh likely receives hundreds of emails regarding training at SBG Ireland given the number of high profile fighters who train at his gym. We have a feeling that this has to be one of the strangest ones he’s ever seen.
