Spinning techniques are some of the most risky techniques in MMA. When they land they are often brutal, as we saw in Uriah Hall vs. Gegard Mousasi and Edson Barboza vs. Terry Etim to name a few.
Recently, at the JacksonWink MMA Academy, some of the fighters decided to work on not only spinning techniques, but some Capoeira ones as well!
Unfortunately for the pad-holder, things didn’t exactly go off without a hitch!
