While CM Punk won’t make his UFC debut until September 10th at UFC 203, the former WWE champion has continued to make MMA headlines.

In the wake of Jon Jones’ failed out-of-competition drug test that saw him pulled from UFC 200, CM Punk has some very harsh words regarding all professional athletes who use performance enhancing drugs.

He spoke to RingSideNews:

I think if you use drugs and you’re a professional athlete, you’re a p—y.

[…] I just really feel that, I understand everybody wants that competitive edge and they want to be better and stuff like that, but at the end of the day, you’ve got to look at yourself in the mirror. I don’t know how some of these guys are doing that, and, you know, still be proud of who they are.

Punk will be facing Mickey Gall in his UFC debut, which takes place over a year after it was announced that the UFC would be signing the WWE superstar.
