Recently, undefeated amateur boxer Ahmad Jones stepped into the ring to square off in his third amateur boxing match.

Just over 30 seconds into the match, Jones landed a crisp 1-2 combo, with Jones throwing the jab to the body, and then the cross to the head of his opponent.

The combination landed incredibly clean, and put Jones’ opponent out on his feet, as well as starched. Capitalizing on the moment, Jones landed yet another 1-2 combination, this time with both punches landing clean to the face of his opponent, who then hit the canvas.

The KO is being hailed as one of the greatest boxing KO’s of the year, and as numerous fans have pointed out, it certainly looks like something out of a fighting video game, where a character lands a ‘finishing move’.

Fortunately, Jones’ opponent was indeed okay after the vicious knockout according to Andy Nesbitt for @TheBuzzer, who is reporting that Jones stated his opponent recovered from the knockout, and was “fine after the fight”.
