Bare Knuckle Boxing took center stage tonight as WBKFF 1: Rise Of The Titans went down in Casper, Wyoming live from the Casper Events Center.
Tonight’s event featured a handful of former UFC staples including former welterweight champion Johny Hendricks, Phil Baroni, Chris Leben, Josh Neer and Isaac Vallie-Flagg.
Johny Hendricks took on Dakota Chocrane for the promotions inaugural middleweight title.
It did not take long for Chocrane to draw first blood, as early in round one he opened up a cut under the right eye of “Big Rigg”. Hendricks would attempt to fire back at the start of round two but was countered by a big right hand from Dakota. That punch spelled the beginning of the end for the former UFC champion, as Dakota Chochrane promptly went on to finish the fight.
With the loss, Johny Hendricks falls to 3-7 in his past 10 fights overall, and is now 0-1 in Bare Knuckle Boxing.
