After two-months and 10’s of thousands of votes the BJPENN.COM Shadowboxing contest is over.
Picking up the winning slot is Matt Silcox (pictured).
Matt’s video (below) was the most popular through the duration of the competition and as a result he will be flown to Hawaii for an all expense paid trip to go train at the Penn Training and Fitness center in Hilo.
