A key lightweight scrap between perennial division contenders Justin Gaethje (18-2 MMA) and James Vick (13-1 MMA) headlined tonight’s UFC Fight Night 135 event in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Justin Gaethje will be looking to rebound after suffering back-to-back stoppage losses to Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier in his most recent outings.

Meanwhile, James Vick enters tonight’s main event on a four-fight winning streak. Vick’s latest performance saw him earn a unanimous decision victory over Francisco Trinaldo this past February.

Round one begins and Vick comes out and fakes a jumping front kick. He lands a kick to the body of Justin. Gaethje misses with a low kick attempt. Vick lands a nice front kick to the body. Justin presses forward and eats a low kick. Vick fires off another kick to the body and then another. He is looking food early. Justin Gaethje side steps and then leaps into the pocket with an overhand right that absolutely floors Vick! This one is all over folks! WOW WOW WOW! Justin Gaethje is “The Highlight”!
