Next months UFC 208 event in Brooklyn just received a huge addition as UFC President Dana White announced that former middleweight kingpin Anderson Silva would be returning to the octagon to take on Derek Brunson.
Anderson Silva will compete for the first time since suffering a decision loss to current UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier at July’s UFC 200 event.
Meanwhile, Derek Brunson was last seen in action at Novembers UFC fight night 101 event where he suffered a TKO loss to surging contender Robert Whittaker.
