During the UFC 199 broadcast it was officially announced that Nate Diaz vs. Conor McGregor 2 would be going down at UFC 202 on August 20th.
This came after much back & forth regarding the bout. With the UFC brass looking to book the bout due to McGregor’s ‘obsession’ with the fight. Following that it looked as though the fight wouldn’t get booked.
