Rigan Machado is one of the most famous Jiu-Jitsu practitioners in the history of the sport. The 8th degree red and black belt, trains numerous high-profile students, including none other than famed actor Ashton Kutcher.

Machado posee to TMZ to explain why he believes Kutchet’s wrestling background, combined with his Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, would result in him being able to submit Conor McGregor in a grappling match.

“He’s a purple belt, but he has a good background in wrestling. I think he has a chance to be one of the top guys in jiu-jitsu.”

In addition to calling Kutcher “one of the toughest guys in his school, across the board.” When asked about a match with McGregor, Machado said:

“I put all my money on Ashton Kutcher,” Machado confidently said. “I think he can do really, really good. He’s the best.”
