Straight Blast Gym head coach John Kavanagh is a rather active social media user. While his prized pupil Conor McGregor has caught quite a bit of criticism since his UFC 196 loss to Nate Diaz in March, Kavanagh has taken to social media with some wisdom for his followers.

So far there’s been no word yet as to when McGregor will return to the Octagon. After being pulled from his UFC 200 welterweight scrap with Nate Diaz, talks of a boxing match with Floyd Mayweather picked up steam. It was then revealed that a potential fight between McGregor & Mayweather would be going down in September.
