The UFC recently released their “Submission of the Week” video featuring our namesake BJ Penn in his past lightweight title defense against Kenny Florian at UFC 101.
Penn sunk in a rear-naked choke on Florian causing him to tap in the fourth round.
Penn will look to get back to his winning ways at UFC 199 on June 4 at The Forum in California as he takes on Cole Miller in a featherweight bout.
