There has been much speculation about what the UFC will do for the main event of UFC 200 on July 9th after it was announced that Conor McGregor had been pulled from the event for refusing to fulfill his media obligations.

McGregor released a statement on Thursday announcing that he isn’t retired, and explaining that he was still prepared to fight at UFC 200, but wouldn’t interrupt his training for a UFC 200 media tour.

While a report emerged Friday morning that Diaz had also been pulled from UFC 200, ESPN’s Brett Okamoto has inside information that leads him to believe that there is now an increased chance of McGregor fighting on the event.

Nothing official and hearing UFC likely won't make statement today, but my McGregor/200 gauge has risen from 50/50 to 60/40 he'll fight.
