After UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos’ strength & conditioning coach captioned an Instagram photo with a major hint at dos Anjos fighting at UFC 200, the UFC officially announced the bout.
On Thursday July 7th, just two days before UFC 200, Rafael dos Anjos will look to defend his UFC lightweight championship against Eddie Alvarez on UFC Fight Pass.

dos Anjos is riding a 5 fight win streak into the bout that most recently saw him TKO Donald Cerrone. Alvarez on the other hand is coming off back to back controversial split decision wins over Gilbert Melendez and Anthony Pettis.
