While there has been no shortage of animosity between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier during the course of their heated rivalry, even Jones doesn’t have any ill wishes for Cormier.

It was revealed yesterday evening that Cormier had suffered a knee injury during training and would be unable to fight Jones in the main event of UFC 197 on April 23rd.

Jones took to Twitter with a brief, but positive message for Cormier.

I don't wish injuries on anyone, I hope you have a healthy recovery Daniel. Enjoy that belt

So far there has been no official word yet on whether or not the UFC will find a replacement opponent for Jones, or push Jones-DC II back to a later date.
