Randy Couture retired at a ripe age of 48 from the fight game,  while Dan Henderson still on the active  roster at 45, winning 1 of 3 fights last year.

You’re never to old to join a gym and compete within yourself when most of the fighters in the gym are near a third his age.   Check out the video of this ‘seasoned’ scraper putting in the work.
