Welterweights Court McGee (17-4 MMA) and Alexandre Jr. (11-3 MMA) squared off in the first bout of tonight’s UFC 194 event in Las Vegas.
The former TUF winner, Court McGee, was able to utilize his wrestling and strong conditioning to wear out his Brazilian opponent at UFC 194.
Marcio Alexandre Jr. was able to secure a couple of decent guillotine chokes during the opening two rounds, but Court McGee was able to escape on both occasions.
McGee would use his takedowns to score some solid ground and pound on route to a decision victory.
With his win at UFC 194, Court McGee improved his UFC record to 6-3.
