Carlson Gracie black belt and Roufusport BJJ instructor apparently had to use his self-defense skills against an unruly neighbor.

The decorated BJJ practitioner and professional MMA fighter posted this photo to Instagram with the caption saying, “My neighbor try to start fight with me today and attack me with a big cigarette ashtray. I defended my self getting him to the ground while my other neighbor took this picture. My wife called the cops and I was holding him until the police arrived. #selfdefense”

Sounds like Wanderley’s neighbor should have gotten to know the skilled martial artist a little better before trying to attack him.
