Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has been hitting the gym hard in anticipation of his return to the Octagon after being reinstated by the UFC last month.
Videos have continued to emerge of Jones in the gym working on his strength & conditioning as well as his wrestling.
In the video above we can see Jones putting in some work on the heavy bag on Halloween.
